Rachel has worked in both NHS and private settings and brings extensive experience across the lifespan, including work with families and young people. She takes time to build trust and connection, beginning with a detailed psychological assessment to explore your concerns and goals. From there, she develops a shared formulation—a personalised understanding of what’s going on and how therapy can help.
Her integrative therapeutic style draws on a range of evidence-based models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. She also provides diagnostic assessments for ADHD in adults.
