HANNAH WOODINGS
Hannah is dedicated to offering a non-judgemental and confidential space where you will be listened to. Hannah believes that a supportive and collaborative therapy approach can help you gain insight, develop coping strategies and work towards improved emotional well-being and personal growth.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that aims to explore deep-seated emotional and psychological challenges. The origins of our difficulties often lie in the past. We tend to repeat patterns learned from our earliest relationships, even when they no longer serve us. These repeated patterns can influence the dynamics and quality of our relationships, impact our performance at work, and shape how we navigate daily life.
Over the years Hannah has worked with clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, generational trauma, pregnancy, work issues, injury trauma, and gender identity.
Hannah’s approach to sessions is exploratory, and she will invite you to talk about whatever feels significant to you and together, you can explore what’s happening. She works as both an open-ended and a time-limited therapist.
