She works with people of all ages experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, feeling low or even just finding it hard to cope day-to-day, providing a calm, non-judgmental space to talk through what you need each week.
She has worked for Mind in Harrogate for 5 years providing mental health support and running peer support groups on anxiety and neurodiversity and is currently completing specialist training in counselling children and young people. As well as working with young people experiencing anxiety, she has an interest in supporting dancers and has counselled students at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance managing the transition to university life and a career in the dance field.
