LUCY DEVLIN
Reaching out for help can feel daunting, and Lucy’s priority is to make that first step as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore whatever is on their mind.

Working from a person-centred, humanistic perspective, Lucy walks alongside each individual with empathy and authenticity, supporting them as they navigate challenges and find their own path toward change and growth.

Her background includes a counselling placement within the NHS, supporting people affected by cancer through the charity sector, and serving as a Mental Health Practitioner working with individuals facing unemployment and social challenges. These experiences have given Lucy a deep understanding of the wide-ranging difficulties people encounter in daily life.

She has worked with anxiety, depression, bereavement, complex family dynamics, stress, chronic illness and panic attacks, always tailoring her approach to each person’s unique circumstances and pace.
