LYNSEY WALSH
Lynsey is an advanced trainee in the final stages of qualifying with a Masters in Integrative Relational Psychotherapy. Prior to training to be a psychotherapist Lynsey worked in the NHS as a registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of working in both substance misuse and eating disorders environments. She continues to work in the NHS part time supporting adults experiencing mental health crisis, but her passion is to assist people to empower themselves to enjoy a more fulfilling future.

Lynsey is a calm and compassionate practitioner offering an empathic, safe and supportive space in which to explore the most difficult things in your life. Lynsey uses an integrative model of psychotherapy that incorporates a number of theorists beliefs whilst being unifying by addressing the needs of someone at effective, behavioural, cognitive and physiological levels of functioning. The core of Lynsey’s training comes from a relational stance which in simple terms means the two of us working together in a supportive and non-judgemental way to explore your issues, what makes you tick and what you may wish to change in order to enhance your life and relationships.

Lynsey is only trained to work with adults and has special interest in supporting people with substance misuse issues, trauma and PTSD and personality and attachment issues.
