With a background in the arts and Theatre in Education, Nancy combines her love of creative expression with a deep commitment to supporting her clients. While much of her work may look and feel like traditional psychotherapy, Nancy also provides the option for creative elements within sessions.
These creative methods—always optional and adaptable to each client’s comfort level—allow individuals to explore issues at a distance, express themselves beyond words, and uncover hidden aspects of their psyche that traditional conversation might not reach.
Nancy has worked in diverse settings, including schools, hospices, care facilities, and private practice. She has a wealth of experience supporting clients through bereavement and the grieving process, including those affected by suicide in the family. Nancy is passionate about helping clients work through difficult emotions, discover hidden strengths, and feel the full support of the therapeutic space as they work towards their goals.
