Well Connections was founded because organisations were struggling to find and coordinate appropriate mental health support on their own: too many contacts, no single point of accountability, and no consistent oversight once a referral had been made.

We take time to understand what is needed, bring together the right specialists, manage delivery and remain involved through regular review and reporting. We are not a practitioner directory or a generic EAP provider.

Safeguarding, data handling, reporting and practitioner standards are not afterthoughts. They are built into every arrangement from day one, and we are happy to work with your existing policies, DSL, HR team or governance board.

Safeguarding-compliant arrangements

All practitioners hold current DBS checks and work within agreed safeguarding protocols. We liaise directly with your DSL where required.

Clear reporting and anonymised outcomes

Regular reporting on engagement, themes and outcomes, structured to help you evidence provision to boards, trustees and commissioners.

Personally vetted practitioners

Every specialist is known to us personally. We check credentials, registration, insurance and professional background before any referral is made.

Data protection and confidentiality

GDPR-compliant processes throughout. Client data is handled sensitively and in line with our Privacy Notice and your organisation's requirements.

Insured, clinically accountable practitioners

Practitioners hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance and carry clinical responsibility for their work. We hold operational responsibility for coordination, allocation and review.
