You do not need to decide alone whether you need a counsellor, psychotherapist, psychologist or coach — we will help you understand the most suitable route, and explain fees before any appointment is booked.

I can't rate the service we have received from Sam at Well Connections highly enough. She helped me to find a therapist matching our needs, checking everything and keeping us updated regularly while she gathered all the information she needed. I honestly couldn't be more grateful for the support. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Natalie Waring, Google review
Well Connections are amazing! Andrea and Sam are extremely compassionate and responsive. They found me a wonderful therapist for my 6 year old son after I had been struggling to find someone with the specific experience. I would recommend them to anyone.Naomi Antcliff, Google review

Counsellors and psychotherapists provide talking therapy, psychologists may offer specialist psychological assessment or therapy, and coaches focus on goals and change rather than treating mental ill health. We will help you understand the most suitable route.
Fees vary depending on the practitioner and type of support. We will explain the available options and the fee before any appointment is booked, so you can make an informed decision.
