We adapt our support,
rather than fix one package.

Support that complements an existing EAP, delivered on-site, online or by telephone, on a retainer, usage-based or project basis.

We offer a free initial call within 24 hours of an enquiry. Where the client's availability allows, the first therapy or coaching session can take place within one week or less.

Support that makes
a measurable difference.

Workshop materials from a Well Connections mental health and wellbeing training session
Working with Well Connections was a really positive experience. They took the time to understand NEOSS as a company before delivering our Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshops, which meant the sessions felt relevant, thoughtful and well tailored to our team. Gerry's delivery was engaging, practical and easy to relate to, with clear strategies that staff could take away and use in day-to-day working life. The training has had a positive impact on how we talk about mental health and workplace wellbeing, and has helped to open up useful conversations around support across the organisation.

Clear boundaries,
clear reporting.

Manager responsibilities & boundaries

Managers refer people in and support them day to day; we hold the professional, clinical and safeguarding responsibility once someone is placed with a practitioner. We agree where that line sits with you at the outset.

Confidentiality, risk & safeguarding

Sessions are confidential within clear professional, safeguarding and legal boundaries. Risk is managed by the practitioner and escalated appropriately; individual session content is not shared with the organisation as routine.

Reporting you can use

You receive agreed anonymised reporting on utilisation, themes and outcomes — enough to evidence provision to leadership or governors, without identifying individuals.

How it's commercially arranged

Support can run as a retainer, a usage-based arrangement, or a standalone project — whichever fits your budget and how predictable your need is.
