James has worked across the board; his youngest client was 7, his oldest 87 years of age. For James it’s all about letting go of what’s holding you back. A lot of his work is done with hypnotherapy to change your habits, behaviors, stop addictions & phobias, boost your confidence.

James knows what it’s like to be out of sorts. He ate and drank his way to over 20 stone and decided that was enough. Seven marathons, three Iron Mans, climbing Mont Blanc and ten other Alpine peaks over 4,000 metres later and still going.
