JO MERIDITH
Half of this time has been spent working with relationships and couples mainly through the charity Relate. The rest of her time has been focused on helping young people with their mental health, having been employed as the senior counsellor for an education Trust.
Jo has an integrative approach to counselling and is a great believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship to provide a safe and supportive environment to enable clients to explore and fulfil their potential.
