LISA GARLAND
Lisa is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, specialising in selection, assessment and leadership development. With a deep commitment to nurturing talent, she leverages her extensive background in designing national assessment solutions to provide a tailored coaching approach that empowers clients to reach their full potential.

As a consultant, Lisa focuses on personal and professional development across both the private and public sector. Her expertise lies in helping individuals, from entry-level professionals to C-suite executives, enhance their performance and leadership capabilities.
Lisa is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within organisations.

Her coaching initiatives have been pivotal in increasing the diversity of senior leadership teams by focusing on positive action initiatives. Her approach is grounded in best practice and psychological principles, ensuring that each engagement is tailored to align with the unique context and culture of her clients.

Lisa holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Lincoln and a MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is on the Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU), certified in the use of a range of psychometrics which she uses to support her practice, including NEO PI-3 UK Edition, Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), 16PF, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Saville Wave, SHL OPQ.
